This is 0 stars because of Kim's Fashion World wig policy. You cannot try on the display wigs and cannot return a wig. I spoke with a manager who told me to go to another company/store! How arrogant to tell a potential customer to shop elsewhere (I have shopped here in the past but, never again). I asked her if she would reconsider this COVID-19 policy, she replied it would take three weeks to decide.
This is a horrible policy!

I bought me some really nice dresses out of there when I visited Dallas during Labor Day weekend and hate that I stay hours away because I really love the length and style of the dresses. I will definitely be visiting that store when I come back to Dallas soon. Can’t wait to wear what I bought…feel very feminine and classy in them 😍

I have to wear gold and white to sing in the choir on Easter Sunday. I found a gold shawl to wear with my white blouse and skirt. I also bought a pair of gold shoes and a gold brooch. Spent $75.00. Vert excited about my attire!

KIMS has nice suits, dresses and hats to purchase for church or special occasions, the only thing I don't like is if you have or get a store credit they give you 30 day window to use, if credit not used within that time frame, you've lost your money.

Overpriced. Things that were already showing signs of wear and had defects were not being discounted, even if it was the last item. Some items were on the wrong rack (they say this, but there were no others like them in the store) so they would not honor the price that was on the rack. Ill try another store or even go online. I gave 3 stars because the young sales lady was nice, although she couldn't do much, and I enjoyed the music in the store.

Too expensive hat's saggy in the inside. The man wouldn't even give me a discount. Sign stated all suits placed on rake for $129.00. They said sorry mistake should be $169.00. I politely said no thank you and left.. I want be buying anything from such a place 😩
