OMG why is this shop so good? I love this shop so much, really spacious and helpful people. Especially, this shop has the most EBIN products in Peckham, I love them so much 💗

First time visiting this shop and I was pleasantly surprised with the price and the space, didn't have to ask excuse me to pass someone or someone asking me to get out of their way like so many hair product shops around.
I walked to the end of the road and retuned to Fas. Customer service for me was also on point, no one in your back asking if they can help but around if you need assistance.
Would visit more often if I didn't live so far away so had to buy a few more items than I would usually. Well worth the time and effort. Thanks Fas for a good experience.

Extremely poor service. There were 2 cashiers at the tills, a man and a woman. I was served by the man who was on his phone the entire time and seemed to have no interest in doing his job. When I paid he did not give me my change and went back to his phone. I asked for my change and the staff member next to him had to tell him to give me my change. He didn't have the correct amount and told me 'here have this', and put it down on the counter but when I picked it up asked me 'so now where's my change'. Luuckily I had enough in my purse to give him change back for the change he was supposed to give me. Overall a very poor level of service and rude members of staff mean I will not be returning. There are plenty of other hair shops on the same street.

I Bought a Sleek wig for £85 which said 100% human hair , when it isn't . I used for 1 month , never slept with it , only used it during the day to go shopping during lockdown ( never in contact with fumes , chemicals or pollution ). The hair was falling off a lot without even touching it , after only 1 month it looked terrible.
So I went to the shop to complain. They couldn't do anything straight away but after 2 weeks they offered me an exchange!
I was very happy about the way they dealt with complain even though in beguining they weren't very happy .
I will for sure return again!

Not friendly, feels like they just want your money. Horrible feeling of we do better for black people then you do for yourselves. Won't be spending my money there

Just read this on face book, it is necessary to take note if you are a black person and about to buy from these hogs.

So i went to buy some hair products in Peckham got to the till and the conversation went something like this

Me: Good evening Sir

Him: *Nothing

Me: hi how are you

Him: mumbles something in arabic

Me : hi is everything ok

Him: *looks up* can't you see I'm busy go away go to the other till ...looks me up and down then speaks to colleague in arabic pointing and laughing at me ..

At this point I had to take a moment to respond and not react as He is still cussing and gesturing at me

Me: the fact that you think its ok to talk to me like this in a black hair shop, a business built for someone like me is a problem!! ... He laughed

Me: *in arabic * what is your name ?

Him: looks in shock ...Ali

Me: You will value my money and value my custom... I calmly put down the product leave the shop and take a picture of the store

Him: sister sister I'm sorry blah blah blah blah

Me: now I'm your sister Like I said You will value my money and value my custom... because soon you will have nothing. it's a digital world Ali never get complacent my phone will be your replacement !!!

The sad thing about this is He really thought after treating me like that he Would still get my money, which leads me to believe he's done this before ...
This might seem small but if we don't put value on ourselves how will anyone else. He had respect for his sister but no respect for a sister.

Another awful peckham hair shop that needs to be shut down & cancelled.
