I have been a loyal customer of Chico's for years. My closet is filled with Chico's clothes. Last week I went to Chico's outlet in Las Vegas. I purchased several items totaling over $225.00. Today I checked my rewards with Chico's and I found that the purchase was not listed. I thought this was an error so I called customer service. I was informed that you do not receive rewards when you shop at the outlet. What kind of service is this? I was APPALLED!!
So the items that I bought last week are still in the bag and I be returning them. AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT CHICO'S AGAIN!!
Many of the other company's that I shop at give rewards when you shop at their outlet's. The first one that comes to mind is William Sonoma and all it's brand including Pottery Barn and West Elm.
This is horrible service !! Corporate greed at it's finest. I will be spreading the word on how you treat your customers.

I am writing this review in hopes that "someone" from the corporation will see this and respond. I have been a very loyal customer to Chico's for several years. If you look at my buying history, you would see that I am have always been in the "Phenomenal" level meaning I spend a LOT of money there. It is easy to state that 95% of my closet are clothes from the Chico Boutiques...not the outlet stores. Having said that, I am unfortunately unable to shop inside the stores because I am a size 4 top and a size 3.5 bottom. I am rarely approached by any sales associates because I do not fit the demographic of your "typical" customer which is more of a size 1 - 2 woman. I do go into the stores to see the pieces of clothing that I'm interested in; feel the fabric, see the actual colors, etc.. Then I go home and order my sizes online...privately...feeling pretty lousy about myself. I have friends who are my size who refuse to buy Chico's clothes because of the reasons I've stated. Frankly, I'm getting pretty frustrated and fed up with this. WHY won't you allow these sizes in the stores I have asked sales staff before and they will point me to the clearance area where there might be 3 or 4 pieces of clothing in my size but it's from an earlier season. I pride myself on looking "put together" and often get complimented on my appearance. If you don't have a problem with accepting my money, then you shouldn't have a problem with adding my sizes to your stores! Just this last weekend I went into the Coconut Point Chicos (my typical store). Just for fun I asked the sales clerk (who didn't approach me - I had to go to her) why they don't carry size 4 tops in the store. She said that wasn't true! Said there were many size 4s not only in clearance but also in the current styles. I took this as a challenge! The clearance had ZERO size 4 tops but I did fine TWO shirts in my size. The one was all navy blue and the other one was all black.
Obviously you don't think larger women can wear anything but black or dark blue. This is very disheartening.

I placed an order for a maxi dress that was shown as a "new arrival". I wanted it to wear to my son's wedding and so I then bought matching accessories and shoes. My order has not arrived and when I called Chico's they said it is on back order for another month because it's not something that has arrived to their store yet. All they can offer is to cancel the order which isn't any consolation and it will be too late for the wedding! When I ordered the dress there was no indication it would be on back order and it said "new arrival". How can they advertise something for sale as a new arrival and they don't even have it in stock yet? This is false advertising and I won't shop with them again.

This review is for WHBM. I have been shopping here since 2017. For the last year and a half since the reward program changed, I have not received a single 'coupon issued' and have spent a couple thousand bucks. No one can tell me where my coupons went. I can tell you where I won't be shopping.

Chico’s does not honor its expedited shipping timeframe and will not refund the shipping fee. I ordered 3 items. One arrived on time. Four days later one has not even shipped out, and the other is still in transit. Customer service claims expedited shipping only applies to the amount of time after a product leaves their store.

Chico’s,
Update your website so people don’t waste money on expedited shipping fees that you refuse to refund.

Their solution? Chico’s offered a $15 credit for my next order. Seriously? Why would I do more business with a company that doesn’t honor its published shipping standards.

I am so disappointed with Chico's today. I was a very loyal customer but now? I called to return a sweater but found that they only had one in the size I needed. The customer rep and I was concerned that my sweater would not get back before the one that I needed was sold. So I suggested that I order and pay for the sweater and then when I received the new one one send the other one back. She said that would be fine. However today when I called to send the sweater back they tell me it is past the time limit and I can not send it back. I would have sent it back but that is not the plan that the rep and I worked out. They should honor their word.
