I recently visited this store and had an unfortunate experience with one of the staff members. After trying on some clothes, I went to return them, ensuring I didn’t drop any items. However, the staff member addressed me in a rude tone, saying not to drop the clothes, even though it’s her responsibility to handle and organize them.

Despite this, I fixed the items myself and politely said “thank you” twice, but she ignored me completely and turned away without any acknowledgment.

I understand that everyone has difficult days, but professionalism and respect are fundamental in customer service. I hope this feedback encourages better training and improves the experience for other customers.

I was very disappointed with the customer service and the shopping experience in this store. I visited this store with my boyfriend, to spend some time together and go shopping together, but at the time of trying on the clothes my boyfriend was stopped and taken out of the dressing room area because MAN, I was very sick of this, I had to try on all the clothes alone without being able to receive advice from him!! It's unacceptable in 2024 that these things happen, we often talk about equality between the sexes, and then my boyfriend because man can't even wait for me outside the dressing rooms to tell me if a shirt suits me or not, according to the saleswoman who was there at that time, I had to ask the other women in the dressing rooms if it was okay with my boyfriend being at the entrance of the dressing rooms: PURE MADNESS!!! I won't come to your stores anymore, you're ruining your clientele with these feminist and meaningless rules, and by the way you're the only store that has these rules! Shame

Today I went to the store to buy a linen dress ? there was a lady in customer service that helped me a lot to find my perfect size and she recommended me to try some different tops (because the one I liked was out of stock in my size)! She has an urban style, idk her name but it was a great experience!

Went into the store not expecting to find a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly, but West (one of the attendants) was absolutely amazing, she did everything she could to find me the right pair and we did! She definitely knew what jeans would work for my body type. She kept it real and made sure I was happy with the final product. She's definitely an asset! Thanks Ally

I finally got some time to write a review. Once in a while I am visiting this shop. My last visit though was very pleasant and it made me very happy so I told myself this is worth of time to write something. On the weekend I was visiting my friend and even I was very excited meeting her, I just felt off the whole day. I didn’t feel confident and comfortable with myself, I had no idea what to wear. We were planning to go party, and because I wanted to have a great time with my friend, I didn’t want to ruin it by me feeling bad about myself. On the last minute, I have decided that I am going to buy new outfit and hopefully will make my overall energy better. Most of the time, I am shopping myself as I don’t have always a friend who would be free to go shopping with me and myself I am pretty busy too. I never actually like that much spending too much time shopping. I am just saying this that I don’t have a friend who would told me if something looks good on me or no. Well, here we are that I can finally write about my experience. So I came last minute to shop, I walked around for a while just to see if something would interest me. Here comes a lovely girl who noticed me and asked if I need a help ( Xoese / Wes ). Literally the saviour of my day! I told her what I am looking for and what’s the occasion. I asked for some slimmer jeans but one would fit my body shape too. Usually I buy jeans cuz I like them but after while I don’t feel comfortable in it. Few mins later we agreed that she would create outfit for me. She picked a jeans with more bigger wavy end/bell jeans and explained that it would look great for dancing, funky and playful. I haven’t wore this kind of jeans from my teenage so I bit hesitant in my head. But I tried it anyway. She picked for me the tops as well. I came out of the fitting room to just see some feedback as she told me I can. Suddenly she cheered me up, lift me up the way everyone could notice the interaction. Outfit looked great! I felt like a girl from a movie “Coyote Ugly” / “Coyote Girls”. I don’t know what happened as this really never happened to me in my whole life. All ladies in a shop, turned head towards me and gave a very nice compliments too. I was shocked! I am sometimes shy, but I have to say having that much attention and compliments from another people made me feel so much better about myself. In my head, I was just thinking wow, so like this it looks like when a females stuck together and support each other. It was very lovely, very unusual experience. I felt like from having zero friends to go out shopping, I have a great costumer assistant Xoese and lovely costumers around as well. On the end we considered picking up a different top - bit more formal, and I asked even for something warmer to cover myself a bit. Thanks to Xoese, I had such a great time later at evening with my friend. This experience will stay with me forever and I am very grateful for it. I will definitely come to shop again, and definitely would love to meet Xoese again if I will need any assistance. I would also like to say, that Xoese, she not even helped me but meanwhile she was helping another costumers as well. She gave everyone just enough attention as needed with a nice balance that no one would get upset. Between she was also able to manage organising a clothes that shop looks pretty, and it was just 1-2hrs before closing as well. So she is very good and skilful at her job. She smiled all the time and she has a definitely good taste for fashion. She can just look at you and exactly knows what’s gonna fit to you, your body shape or personality that you feel like a queen. Thank you again! I wish all the best!

I went with my daughter and we were waiting to try on clothes and this Asian worker with shoulder length black curly hair and glasses rudely grabbed the clothes my daughter was holding and aggressively started counting the items disregarding my daughters hands and arms. Disgusting customer service never returning!!!!

I ordered some knit tops from Ally fashion online, weren't as I expected, but when I returned it, they charged $8 as handling fees which was atrocious. Isn't the objective of online shopping to have a good free return policy? I won't be getting anything from here again.
