When I walked in here with my mother, I was only planning on just looking and trying on wedding dresses because I wasn't sure what I was looking for. The ladies here at Jackson's were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I left this store with my dream wedding dress and I couldn't be more happier. The ladies were awesome with working with me on scheduling fittings and payments for my dress. I give them 5 out of 5 because they truly do want all of their guests to leave happy! Thank you ladies!!!

My daughter found a beautiful wedding dress and I decided to make payments so the dress would stay in safe keeping until her wedding.
Our ordeal began when the establishment did not have any of our purchase documentation, said it would be atleast two weeks before they could verify our purchase. The manager took note of my receipts at that point, and we were never provided a copy of purchase agreement. After waiting 4 weeks with no results, we went in to retry the dress and I then was shown the pink slip. It showed discrepancies and hard to decipher dates and amounts written both in pen and pencil, with erasing. I was in absolute shock when the manager said they placed the dress back on the rack for sale. Needless to say, after I was belittled, yelled, and cut off by the manager, I drove back home to get my receipts to compare to their purchase agreement. Upon my return to the store, my daughters witnessed the manager ripping the receipts directly from my hands as I was trying to put them in date order. My last attempt at rectifying this disaster was requesting to have the owners phone number but was denied, so I requested the owner to call me to discuss this situation. Lastly, the owner was not helpful, very defensive and cut me off before all she can do is to sell me the dress, again which sustained damage due to being placed back on the rack! I was accused of non payment and this company kept over $900 of my money, and my daughters dress!

I had the best experience at Jackson’s 🩵. Amber helped me while I was looking at dresses and she made feel so confident/beautiful. She helped me through the whole process and navigating which dresses we could eliminate. I said yes to the first I tried on after falling instantly in love with it. If you are looking for your wedding dress I highly suggest going to Jackson’s!

Do not come here my brother came for a tux, He was measured twice and went to try on the measurements were so far off it was ridiculous.. he end up returning it with no refund.

Also my sister inlaw bought her wedding dress here, the dress was ripped, dirty. The veil was ripped also. She went to try it on three times cause there we’re supposed to fix it and every time they charge more money and they dis nothing to the dress.

Unfortunately, I have had the worst customer service by the owner and one of her workers. I was having an issue with the staff not finding any proof of payments on my wedding dress that I had went in to try on again after roughly a year of paying on it to have them hold it there. Mind you the payments were made consistently. I found it back on the rack with the quality now in question. It had a broken zipper, a stain, and a rip at the bottom. The older lady who was working started giving attitude and asked for our receipts and proceeded to say “we tried calling you”. We never received a call. Once my mother got back with the receipts the older lady snatched them out of my mom’s hand, I wish I was over exaggerating when I say that. I would like to say they offered a solution at that time but I digress. Instead the owner called my mom to discuss the issue but my mom was unavailable at that time. The owner did not know she was being recorded on voicemail and proceeded to talk smack. Later, my mother and the owner were on the phone and all that was accomplished was the owner arguing , so again no resolution offered. Jackson’s you have traumatized me and made me turn away from a beautiful dress that you smeared in negative energy. Now with the dress I have paid on that they refuse to refund they will make double selling it to someone else. Do better.

Thank yall so much for helping me pick a prom dress and being so sweet! It's my first time going and the process was smooth. Definitely would recommend Jackson's especially with how beautiful the dress are💜

The ladies at Jackson's have been so fabulous while helping me with my wedding dress! I was looking for a last-minute alteration and the lady I went to before them told me that there was nothing she could do for me, leaving me feeling hopeless. I came into Jackson's and explained that my dress had become a bit too small for me and they immediately knew what to do. I didn't even notice the changes they made but my dress now fits me absolutely perfectly! They are extremely knowledgeable and talented seamstresses whom I would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Jackson's enough! The store is a bit small, but they have a great selection of dresses at great prices! I stopped by today on my husband's lunch break, looking for a last minute dress for this Friday. The first 3 dresses were perfect, and I was able to walk away with a dress within about 30 minutes. Wonderful place with so many selections and very helpful, friendly, and polite staff!!
