I came here yesterday and went to try on a few things, lady at the change room could not be bothered to interact or greet me, looked very standoffish. When I came to pay, I was served (eventually) by Marian who went at snail pace packing the lady's order in front of me. When it was eventually my turn, she didn't greet me or even look up to acknowledge me (let alone apologise for the wait) but proceeded to turn to the other employee and ask if she wanted to hear something funny (while still moving at snail pace doing god knows what) before serving me. Customers are spending a decent amount of money at your store, maybe teach your staff etiquette and basic manners.

I got a beautiful dress here, but the staff who served me was quite rude at first, I only asked if she can check if there's another stock, she refused and said it's no need to check as the dress on sale is all there... she was a bit aggressive idk why... she can a least double check or nicely informed me.

After I came back with money to check, her attitude became nice and friendly...?

Anyways, that's my first time experience, the dress is good so may be back.

My cashier was a red-haired lady called Veera, according to my receipt. She was VERY rude and it was pretty obvious she did not like working there.

I asked for her to check a new stock, she had rolled her eyes at me. When she came back, she told me it took a while because she had to climb up the stairs only to find out they don’t have a new stock in my size.

So i purchased a display one which I need to take to dry cleaning. I am very tempted to return the item.

Aren’t staff meant to get commission for sales they make here? Also how can an item marked as “just in” be out of stock?

Love the clothing. Regular customer at the store but the service is the worst. The store closes at 5 pm, Came in at 4:30 to try a dress I really wanted for an event and they turned me away and blocked the dressing rooms. Pretty pathetic given I was going to buy it and just needed to check sizing.

Really unhappy with refund options. My card had to be cancelled due to merchant data leak, and they won’t do a refund to different bank account. Wasting my time having to come back once again once a new card arrives. Poorest customer experience. Won’t come for a shop in a hurry. Or forever.
Also, 14 days return policy ain’t exactly generous which is why we have the problem in the first place. Nah, thanks, am done with this shop.
