Will make sure to NEVER step inside a Hibbett store ever again. Terrible customer service, no one says hi, no one asks if you need help with something, if you track a person down and ask them if they have a particular size in something, you're automatically told No without anyone even checking.

I bought a pair of shoes from here, and was told they can't return it because of "sock dust". I wore these shoes at the store and wore them once around the house and they did not work out for me. I've never had an issue exchanging or returning at any other store in my life. The shoes were "like-new condition" as their website stated. within the return policy time frame, and the sock dust could've been from anyone trying on shoes with socks on.

I have no idea how this place stays open because of the two times I have been inside, no one is there, no idea how they're affording payroll. You're better off purchasing off of Amazon because you'll get better customer service and have an easier time exchanging or returning your item. I should've read the other reviews where people tried to return a bat they purchased for their kid that was also never used and they refused to return/exchange it.

If you're in Weatherford, go to Academy or Famous Footwear or go to Amazon. You will be treated like a peasant if you go to this Hibbett store in Weatherford.

Pretty good store. They have a little bit of everything sports related and a decent selection of shoes. The staff is young and it shows in their interactions. The customer service was lacking but I guess that's to be expected with young people these days. That's the only reason for the 3 star rating instead of something higher.

Ugh i used to love this store, there used to be 2 guys that worked there that was always ready to help.
Me and my husband recently visited this store and it’s so awkward always walking in, no one helps you or greats you.
You have to find them, or you’ll get no help.
My husband even made a joke to an employee just for him to hurry back to the check out to gossip with another coworker about him, it was embarrassing and the employee had 0 care in the world about what he did and getting caught that he just kept arguing with me instead of taking accountability for gossiping about a customer with his coworker.

I went to the Weatherford location ready to buy 8 pair of shoes for my grankids. The 2 young kids didn't even acknowledge me nor greeted me. As I am looking at some shoes, I asked if I could get a specific size, the young guy didn't even look at the shoe I was referring to and stated we don't have it. I go ok what size do you have? He said only 12 but had his back to me. So I went to another sale guy and he went grabbed 2 pair of shoes I was looking for. I rather spend my money at another store and get acknowledged and helped.

Went in to the Weatherford store in desperate need of boys soccer cleats after Academy sold out. The staff was super helpful and got us our shoes, at sale price, and out the door in no time!

i walked in not a word was said to me ask a question and they shook their heads no. it was a red head boy, a girl with short hair and a taller blonde guy. i’m literally around the same age as them too so it was just awkward. also there was no music and i just wanted to leave as soon as i walked in. very disappointing, i miss the old hibbets.

Since the remodel this place has gone down in customer service. Idk if it’s different owners or not but you walk in and they are all talking or on the phone. You have to go ask for help and they seem annoyed. Used to love this place.

I drove 45 minutes to purchase Kobe shoes for my grandson. They agreed to hold them and the service was impeccable upon arriving. It was suggested he get the larger size because they run small. He has enjoyed them.
