Incredibly pleased with the customer service here! I had an older pair of Ray Ban Jackie O's which I loved, but had been ruined. The associate was super helpful and helped me find the pair that I desired on the stores website. I was even more excited that they were on sale and I had a coupon so the savings were great!! We ordered the glasses and they arrived in less than a week to an extended stay suite that I was staying out in the middle of nowhere!! I am a Sunglass Hut customer for life!! I stopped at the Sunglass Hut in The Mall of Abilene, Tx to inquire about getting my new Maui Jim's adjusted. The Associate was very friendly and quickly adjusted my glasses. When she checked the fit, she noticed that she had damaged them.

She immediately apologized and said she would replace them. I told her that was not necessary, however she insisted. Four days later, she called me to come get my new shades.

Ordered a pair of Oakleys in Cabelas for my while out of town. Order processed and shipped but when I go to track shipment it can’t be located. Call customer service and they send me to the nearest Sunglass Hut. The ladies at the one in the Mall of Abilene were amazing! Took care of us even when they didn’t have to. Sarah, the manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable! She fixed us right up and we will have the sunglasses we ordered in just a few short days. Can’t say enough of these ladies!!! Thank you so so much for all your help. My son was so excited!!

I went to the mall today, and picked up a movie. Called Ghost in the Shell. Blu-Ray edition, Japanese audio as originally intended, with English subtitles. Awesome movie. Recommend to anyone. Anyways, as leaving Entertainmart, I crossed by the Sunglass Hut and happened to have my brother's "hand-me up" Rayban aviators. All warped and bent, their like a decade old. But the manager and her associate made quick work of any abnormalities in the frame, I'm telling yall, it's like new. And a complimentary service at that. I love wearing these again. I want to wear them inside even. But then I risk appearing like the old cult leader, Jim Jones. Evil dude, some great style in shades though.

For a kiosk setting you would think the staff would be more friendly and helpful. The woman I dealt with was rude and uninformative, I've never paid af much for a pair of the exact same shades that I replaced as here, when I mentioned this she snapped and stated that "that's how much they cost everywhere" was going to buy 2 pair but after that we just left.
