Would be a 0 if that was an option. This place is horrible at everything and refuses to provide communication. We got our door in August. Within a month the handle broke rendering the door useless. When we contacted FAS, they told us that that handle doesn't work with that door. But allowed us to order it, they installed it and never said a word until it broke because it was the more expensive option. When getting it replaced, they only replaced the handle and not the deadbolt that were now two different colors/finishes. When informed once again of their error, they had to once again re-order the dead bolt and schedule another service appointment. That appointment time came and went with no one showing up, no one letting us know they wouldn't be showing up and with no answer when calling to check the status. They refuse to call back, refuse to answer the phone and refuse to provide any sort of acceptable customer service. You will regret even getting a quote from FAS.

When the window that I purchased years ago developed a leak that left spots all over the glass, I took a chance and called, sure that they’d say I’d just have to live with it. Not so! Not only was my order still in their database, but the window was still under warranty! They ordered a replacement window within days, kept in touch with me about the timeline of the order, and were EARLY on the day of the installation! Their men were professional, careful, and done before I knew it! Best customer service hands down, and they stood behind their product!

This was our first project with FAS (two identical hurricane grade sliding patio doors), which is not a small undertaking. We chose FAS after meeting with three different window and door companies and we're glad we did. Overall the project went well, the price point was competitive and we're very pleased with the end result. Our project did have a couple minor items that required a service call, but FAS was easy to work with, communicative and promptly addressed those issues and resolved things quickly. They were not major issues. There are a couple minor aesthetic things that we still need to tend to, but that's to be expected with a project like this. I intend to use FAS again for our future window and door needs. 5 stars on this one.

UPDATE October 13, 2024: The Windows and Neuma Doors held through this nightmare hurricane and not a drop of water entered my home because of the sealing ability of the product and outstanding installation with attention to detail. FAS Windows and Doors is in the Hillsborough County Green Book for a reason! Thank you again Jacob, Jason, Juan, Stephen, Mick and Wilma!

The ability to go to the Tampa showroom on Anderson sealed our decision to select FAS for our door and window replacement. Jacob is detail oriented and extremely courteous. We’ll update after the project is complete but the showroom made the difference. Being able to see the doors & hardware and compare them with all of the lines they offer helped us choose the right product for our project.

My experience with FAS Windows was really great. Jakob the sales representative stood out by providing a spot-on estimate in terms of price and value. I live in an HOA complex that has certain requirements for windows and patio doors, in particular the swing patio had to be paintable to match the condo complex. Jakob considered this in the selection of the material for the patio door. Wilma supported the entire scheduling process from measurements to installation and post-service treatment. The entire team including Mick for measurement and the installation team were excellent and cared for providing the highest standard. I highly recommend FAS to anyone looking for windows or patio doors!

FAS has been our go to company for many years whenever we need windows or doors replaced or repaired. They have always provided excellent service. This past week we had Rawad and his crew in to replace a double door with sliding doors and also replace 4 small windows. As always, they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and the end result was a job well done and one we are pleased with. They actually stayed till 6:30 in the evening to finish which was kind of them.
