After interviewing six (yes, 6!) window companies, I selected FAS Windows & Doors because salesman Jason M. provided the best presentation and competitive pricing. All staff were efficient, courteous & punctual. Matt & Andrew installed 12 impact windows and thoroughly cleaned up as they progressed. On a separate day, Mike & Bob returned to replace a slightly defective window. Scheduler Jordan M. & accountant Suzanne B. were also quick & efficient coordinating schedules & payment plans. I'm thrilled with how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!

I was bracing myself for chaos when we decided to replace all the windows in our house with hurricane impact windows, but this company turned what I thought would be a nightmare into a seamless experience. I had heard very good things about FAS and they all turned out to be true. From the knowledgable-but-not pushy sales person to the incredibly accurate window measurements to the top-notch quality windows (that fit perfectly) to the talented and skilled installers.

Wonderful company to work with! Our windows work well and look amazing! Install went well and quick. We thought we had a draft coming through one. Called and they promptly sent out a technician. Little did we know it was user error. The technician was super nice about it though.

They were really great to work with. Installation went more smoothly than I expected so that made me happy. We have pets and I was worried but it went great and we love the windows. The installers were really nice too and easy to work with. I will be recommending them to everyone!

FAS windows and doors installed 15 laminated impact windows and 2 sliding doors including a grant from the MSFH program. Windows came in 6 weeks after ordering and the installation was scheduled within a week. They were fantastic at every phase of the process.
Our salesman Jason was patient, and informative. He worked to get the most window at the best price. The installation process was incredible. There were 6 installers over 2 1/2 days and took great care in covering everything in each room, cleaned up many times a day, answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy each day. Coudos to Rudy, Rowad and the crew! The installation passed inspection with the inspector complementing the work. The office staff was wonderful in working with the MSFH program. We could not be happier!

Overall I had a really good experience. Garret and Mellissa were great. The contractors that installed the windows were also great. They seemed to pay a lot of attention to detail during installation and listened to my concerns. There are two areas with some damage, either from manufacturing or shipment, that the install team pointed out. I was assured it will get taken care of.

Originally, I left a negative review because sales never showed up to the first appointment. (They owned up to their mistake). I rescheduled it just to get more estimates for the project. Out of the five estimates for the project we went with FAS. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I had a gut feeling that I would be really happy using them. And I was.
