This place should be called “WORST Choice Fashion”. I was browsing through their catalogs; minding my own business. Right before finding a XV dress we liked, the owner yanked the catalog from my hands and told me to go away. She started giving me some type of excuses that made no sense in her broken English. I asked why she would do that to a customer She put the catalog away and told me once again to go away!
Sad to see how an owner lost a potential customer due to her rude behavior!!! 0 rating for this business!!! Stay away!

This place was loaded with inventory!! I never seen so many fancy dresses in just about every style you can imagine. It was a bit crowded when I visited but mostly I think it was due to a very large selection of attire.....
Sorry to say, my daughter-in-law made the purchase and I am not one to look a gift in a negative light!
Go for the experience folk's... I'm sure you'll get as much enjoyment as I did!!

Was 2 days looking for elegant style dresses first my 2 beautiful girls and finally found great quality material for a great price. One of the 2 dresses was $110 and she left it a $90 . The other $88 and she gave it for $70 would have paid full price any how. I really do appreciate $38 discount!

Worst experience ever at a store. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The Asian women at the front were the some of the rudest, most disrespectful people I have ever met. They would not help me find a certain style and size I was looking for, so it took me forever to find things I liked for a gala I was going to. This store has a lot of inventory, but a lot of it is not organized; some of it is piled into boxes. I left some items I wanted at the front while I kept looking for the rest of the stuff I needed, and the Asian woman at the front, who I assume was the owner, loudly asked me to leave in front of around 7 other customers. When I asked why, she could not answer but repeatedly asked me to leave. I asked if I could at least purchase the items I had already picked out, and she let me. As I was walking out, she told me to never come back. I was crushed and embarrassed.

This happened weeks ago, and I am still thinking about it. Now I see that she has done this to several other people. I'm sad that someone like that exists.

Horrible customer service. The sister's owner made fun of my aunt, took her mesurment with a trash bag and walked around the store telling everyone they didn't carry her size. She then tied it around her waist. Told my aunt to take off the dress even though it fit her beautifuly. This lady told my aunt to take it off, that they didn't have dresses for her. My aunt was prepared to buy it, but she was adamant to not make it happen.

The lady at the register is beyond rude. She needs to learn about customer service and how to talk to people especially when she wants to charge the highest price out of all the stores on this street! I can see why she loses business. Do not buy from here trust me you can find the same dress for about $200-$300 cheaper on the next block

Employees were courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful. We had been everywhere looking for a prom dress and they had the perfect one. Dresses are very crowded and hard to maneuver through - its like walking through a sea of dresses, but if you ask for a certain dress, they can find it for you. We were additionally given a discount for cash. We were very pleased at the end of the day! Thank you so much "Best Choice Fashion".
