I love this place and I've been a loyal costumer for years, I love shopping and selling here. However, I was trying to sell some of my clothes a few weeks ago and they told me the buying hours are until 4, I hadn't realized so I was fine with it.
Today I show up before 4 with big bags and they tell me the buying hours are until 3:30, which was strange. After I check out, they ask me if I wanna take the clothes, I explain that they didn't buy them so I'll take them back.

I told them it was weird that they told me the shopping hours are until 4 but they changed without notice, even on their door and online it says it's until 4. The employee says that they are until 4, I say I showed up before 4 and she immediately changes it to 3:45. So which one is it? Leaving 2 stars just because of that. I was planning to go do some shopping to other places around but had to go straight home because I couldn't carry 3 bags around everywhere lol. It's okay if y'all have some kind of agreement between each other to not take clothes until 3:30 but at least change it online and at your door.

Got a great deal! Brought in 2 baskets of clothes, sold 14 items for $60 in store credit. Everyone was friendly and fast. Now sure if my Items were worth more, but i got two great bags-my mom already wants to buy one from me!

I was in awe walking into this store! I was blown away by how amazing everything in there was, and don’t even get me started on the pricing of things because it is SOOOO AFFORDABLE!! This was my first time going to a different location, other than my usual, and the employees were so kind and friendly, and it made me feel like I was talking with friends, not employees. I would sooo make the trip again just to visit this store and I live an hour away, so that should say something to you!

I’d never been here, let alone sold anything here. So I had no idea the process for selling. So going in was somewhat intimidating - not knowing what to expect.

But when i walked in, a red-head girl at the retail counter saw me (and saw that i looked a bit lost 🙂 and with a very kind and welcoming smile asked if i was there “to sell”, to which i replied “yes”, after which she directed me, in the most friendly way, to the selling/buying counter.

Then the girls at the buying/selling counter, Nicca and Emma, were sooooooooo nice! Seeing i was new to this and had no idea what i was doing, this could have been potentially very uncomfortable. But, because they were smiling and so nice and friendly the whole time, as well as being so patient with me, I felt completely calm and at ease from beginning to end.

Anyway, I hope you give these gals a bonus or something. And whoever does the hiring - well done!!!

This place is wonderful ! Great for adding to your aesthetic & I enjoyed the customer service as well . I also found shoes that cost wayyyy more than what I paid today.
