Me and my husband went there for the first time and they didn’t offer me a dancers discount, after spending 423.00 I’m very disappointed and definitely will not be returning….every dancer store offers a discount… I just think she saw some out of towners and decided to get over… smh

Love the place for toys because there's barely anything my size as far as their outfits. Employees are very accommodating to your liking and very nice. Good customer service.

Nothing but sexy nakedness in here. The downside is a lot of the outfits have that same colorful stone on them so variety in style but the same in stone. Also every outfit is expensive and it's a one size fits all no return policy there. You need to have a particular body and size to shop there. My girl is tall slim and thick in the right places so she had no problems. There is no plus size and expect to spend $75-and up for each outfit l. Nice stuff though

really nice owners but they definitely overcharged me about $60. the bottoms i got ripped immediately but still looked cute. also it’s one size fits all which isn’t really ideal.

I went in Sweetheartz on obt today, with some shoes I received as a gift about a week and a half ago, to exchange for a size up. I went to the other Sweetheartz last night and they said to try the other one because they didn’t have it. I understand usually they don’t do exchanges but, I only had tried on the shoes. I had also called last night knowing that I wasn’t going to make it in time before they closed, and the man through the phone told me to come in today and they would see what they could do. He said that he thought that they carried the shoes based off of my description. When I came in today the lady at the counter was unsure about the exchange because they usually don’t do exchanges, so a man from the back came out, i’m assuming because he heard her. He grabbed my shoes from the box, and noticed a little wet spot from when I had tried to wipe off my fingerprints from trying on the shoes. The rest of the shoe was perfect. He then went to the back to check to see if they had the shoe, then he took my shoe to the back to compare, and when he came out he told me that my shoes must not be pleaser brand. That my shoes are some sort of other brand, he was very rude about it and told me that I wouldn’t be returning shoes a week and a half after they were bought anyway. Which is kind of why I called in the first place. I also Hadn’t gotten around to come in since I live so far from the store. I brought the box and everything that came with the shoes including the tissue paper, that says pleaser all over it. I will not be shopping here again, but it is too bad because overall the store was really nice. The lady that I had talked to made sure to try to be nice about the whole situation but overall I felt really unwelcome. The man through the phone seemed like they would do it but, when they saw me they wouldn’t The shoes were perfect, the lady that talked to me seemed like she thought they looked perfect too she just didn’t know how to exchange since they usually don’t do exchanges
