My fiancée and I visited Nyoni in search of a tux for our wedding. George greeted us and then continued to assist another customer. He handed my fiancée a book of different fabrics and asked her to find her a fabric and color. An hour later, he asked her to try on a jacket. Another 45 minutes and still no service nor did he explain anything. Little to no communication during our time in the store. He finally asked if we had any questions once we decided to leave and walking out the door and handed us a business card. Horrible customer service considering the cost of their suits.

We wanted to get our measurements for the groom and finally got a hold to someone on phone because we were in the area and saw the open sign on the guy who picked the phone up we expressed to see if we can get the measurements. It was 4 pm and he said they are about to leave when the sign said on Sundays they open from 12noon- 6pm and that we have to make an appointment. Mind you the guy just was not trying to make the effort to understand what I was telling him it went in the ear out the other so the customer service and having no phone etiquette was so uncalled for. We will go somewhere else. This place was over priced and owner was unpleasant. Wish you all the best but for now we will take in consideration that this place is not for us..
