This Express outlet store was smaller with limited inventory, compared to some of the big stores I had have been. Still there’s a good number of varieties in products for both men and women. There was a whole section dedicated to sale items. Prices are good after discounts. Staff are nice and pro active. I got greeted and was asked if I needed help with anything. I went around the store but didn’t find anything interesting in men’s section.

Entered around 11:45am .. was not acknowledged.. two girls that were in the front just
looked at me for two seconds and then went back to whatever they were doing. I only went in to see if they had a different size in the coat I had bought. I asked them if they could check a different location and see if they had the coat in a different size. All they said was “We’d have to call the other stores” and just stood there staring at me. Like if they were waiting for me to do it or something 😂

Last week the manager Patrick gave me such a great shopping experience! He was very helpful the entire time I was shopping and even helped me pick a brand new outfit to wear for an event. I will always come back to this location! 🙂

Clothes are poor quality and staff is rude. I tried to return a pair of socks for $7. I wore them once and they had a hole in them. The unbelievably rude staff accused me of lying. For $7 that was part of a $250 purchase. Who would do that? Anyway, I'm never shopping there again. Clothes are disposable anyway.
