While this was a suggested "thrift" store according to Google, there are amazing unique and high quality items here that the average minimum item cost of $20 won't be too surprising. If you're nearby - definitely play this very inclusive place a visit. You won't regret it!

Went into to trade a purse I didn’t use. Prices a little high from top name brands. Some too worn. Found Cotopaxi and brooks with my credit and half off shoes. Great deal. Still needs to update some clothes and get rid of the older ones. Lady was nice! Helpful.

This is a awsome crossroads trading store location , its a huge massive store with lots and lots of good selection of cool clothing, accessories. This location has amazing staff very kind with me , its also like two blocks from the capital hill metro station and it's in a popular busy area of capital hill ....I definitely recommend this crossroads shop ❤️😍

Front desk staff was snippy when I came in with my bicycle. There is no bikes allowed..there is a tree and a post in front of the doors to lock up with. I was assisted by Stephanie tho, she didn't greet me so she isn't part of the snippy attitude I had when I arrived. She was great. It's a big selection, seems to be about about 70/30 girls to boys stuff.

I will return and I would recommend to a friend.

This location needs to hire security. So many rough sleepers roaming in and out with backpacks seeming on edge. We also saw some of them trying to sell random things that looked out of place or stolen based on how they couldn’t even speak to the items or show ID to sign in. The staff seem to welcome the odd behavior, but as a shopper, I wouldn’t risk being in that environment for too long.

Clothes are absolutely ran threw! Some of the clothing looked like it came right off the backs of an unsheltered person. I looked at the price and they were charging $19.48 for a beat up polo that looked stretched out and what seemed to have bugs on it. It was absolutely filthy. The prices are very similar to the one in LA. I couldnt figure out if I was in a thrift store or a name brand shop because the prices are so outrageous.

Between the copious amount of clothes in tattered or poor condition and this weird amount of loud chatter coming from the cashier area I had to leave disappointed and slightly irritated. I ended up going to Out of the Closet which had a smaller, but better selection and another thrift store on the same block. Both had better prices by half.

Ok where do I start! the talking at the front counter when people are trying to sell is WILD ! the full on conversations being turned around looking at eachother talking while doing a buy is insane and so unprofessional! Even the managers! full blown conversations to the point that they cannot be paying attention to buying is crazy! they are going through the motions of unfolding and refolding to look like they are looking but they cant be because they are making full eye contact with one another its maddening! In season on trend good fabrication etc.

- TALIA RUN JUST RUN SPRINT INFACT remove yourself from the list and come later she literally has no clue she will pass on great stuff im not sure about her i will leave if i see her at the buy counter.
Melissa - mmm very snarky off putting VERY, she is an ok buyer but gives alot of snarky energy.
Young lady with dark long hair and glasses love her great buyer!

The selection is great most the time but get consistent with buyers its so bad! The conversations at the front buy counter has got to stop. Please retrain Talia

Brought in a suitcase full of items which were “reviewed” for maybe 5 min while the girl talked to her coworker the entire time. Barely even shuffled everything to make it look like it was went through. She was only able to buy 1 tank top from me but the rest of my long sleeves, blazers and fall items were “too summery”. I paid more to park than what I sold. Waste of time.
