This is hands-down my favorite place to shop for clothes, shoes, and jewelry in Seattle. They do a fantastic job of curating the items in the store. I can't even tell you how many times I have popped in and asked for help finding an outfit for a specific event or occasion and they have helped me find the exact right thing for me. I've been going there for years and Sam knows my name (and my dog's name) and my style, which just makes shopping there that much more fun and special. This place is the best!

I like this shop especially because of the atmosphere. The inner environment is bright, friendly, and cheerful. This is very different from many others, where the light is dim and you cannot even see the condition clearly. Staff is very nice and attentive, not pushy at all. Good for shy people like me!!

Very nice selection of quality clothes at reasonable prices. The woman who helped me was attentive and helpful. I appreciated the calm atmosphere compared to chain consignment shops. And a lot of the items were discounted 30-50% off!

I will not consign here again; I found the owner and staff to be extremely rude. I brought in several high value items by Frye, Anthropologie and Lululemon (some even with tags on still) that did not sell after a little over 2 months. When I requested to pick up my items I was told I'm breaking my contract because the items needed to remain in store for 3 months and in the future I will need to honor that. In the meantime, I've taken nearly 20 items to Eres Consignment in Madrona that sold within 6 weeks resulting in roughly $200 in payouts. I find it audacious the owner recently sent out an email saying the construction on Madison is hurting her business and to please come in and support her; if you want support for your business I’d recommend showing more respect for folks that want to consign with you given we are the life blood of your business. If you’re a consumer looking to consign I’d highly recommend one of the many other consignment shops in the area that will value your partnership and where you’ll have a better chance of your items selling.

Best consignment store EVER. Styles are up to date and in PERFECT condition. Clothing is appropriate to the current with great markdowns depending on how long the the item has been on the floor. Very cordial regarding the consignment process. Call and they will discuss the their procedure. Sam and Lyndsey are fabulous! They could not be more friendly and knowledgeable. This consignment store is worth the trip from the east side or wherever!
