Alex and his partner were great. They called to make sure I was home and ready for them to move out a Murphy Bed. They took the several pieces out to their truck quickly, then came back to make sure they had taken it all out of the garage. Alex took care of the invoice and letting me know the cost. They were friendly, professional and easy to talk to.

Terrible communication and not worth the service.

1) Scheduled pick up service for bookcase and desk set that was approximately $1800.
2) They damaged the desk during transport and told me they were not able to sell my desk because of the damage. Instead of being notified, the furniture was listed as to be donated and I found this information out just through the notes on the portal. There is a HUGE chip on my cabinet handle that was not there before the delivery team picked it up.
3) Then, they reached out and told the damage was fixed before being listed.
4) However, on their website, the desk was still shown with significant damage on the handles. As expected, the desk was the only thing that did not sell.
5) I tried getting my damaged desk back and gave them 3 different days with time frames to have it delievered back to me. Instead of confirming with me when they would deliver it, the Remoov delivery team called and said they were infront of my door on a day and timeframe that I did NOT list as a time I would be home.

I really am not a person to write reviews and I write this with the assumption that most people will think I'm just some Karen. But this whole process has been incredibly frustrating. Remoov is slow to respond unless it is for quote estimates. Initially, before I saw the notes on my login page, I gave them a 4 stars on their survey. I don't recommend this service at all. If you have even a little bit of time to sell your furniture for 100-200, do it, because Remoov will make you pay at least $269 to pick it up only to damage it themselves and tell you it cannot be sold.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Remoov and I highly recommend them. The Hugo team was professional and kind and courteous and were in and out quickly but were very careful with my items.

Save yourself money and sell your items on FB marketplace instead. They told me to buy a moving permit from SFMTA for $300 then flaked on the scheduled time. The team didn’t handle furniture with care. Most items they decided to recycle, few donate. Only two they offered to resell but priced too high then they never sold. Shame that so many near new excellent condition items went to waste.

The business incorrectly blames street parking issues but in fact it was canceled because the vendor didn’t have a truck available. I could have still saved $300+ in the first place had I not used this company and not been forced to get a moving permit.

As indicated in the photos the employees were a bit careless with the items and I wouldn’t trust them to remove and resell any item with reasonable return. Might as well just donate yourself or sell on FB marketplace.

I worked with Remoov twice in a week. Extremely professional and very communicative. The pricing was reasonable and they were always transparent with fees, especially with the amount of items I ended up donating and recycling. The dashboard feature is great too! I would definitely work with Remoov again and would recommend their services. I worked with Douglas & Osmar on a Saturday and Hugo & Saul on a weekday. Both teams were friendly, fast and efficient. Remoov did a wonderful job. I had an 8-11 window for appointment and they arrived before 9 am. Hugo and crew were quick, hard working and very courteous. I am very happy I selected them to pick up the large furniture items from my Mom's estate that were not wanted by family. I appreciate they recycle or donate the items. The price was good and this task is now complete. Thank you again.

Easy and straightforward process. It was simple to update the estimate. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Scheduling was simple. Pickup was done within the timeframe specified. Adequate notification was received. I cannot comment on the consignment process. Will update my review after sale is complete.
