Ordered a 3k custom vanity. Doors were uneven in photos and I asked about it, Luis said adjust when you get it. After asking a few times, Luis did send me multiple videos of how to readjust the screws.

Unfortunately the videos were general and in trying to fix the doors the screws stripped, requiring completely new hinges.

He was helpful the same day in shipping that out. I am keeping my review at the current rating until I get the hinges and can update from there.

The wood piece itself is beautiful, but gaps in the doors are harder to navigate than they should be. I hope I can edit this with positive updates soon!!

We could not be any happier with our new sectional from West Coast Modern LA. Alex in the Rancho Mirage store was super helpful throughout the buying and delivery experience. From picking the right fabric to the final design Alex was great. The craftsmanship of the section is of the highest quality. We love our West Coast Modern LA sofa.

What a GREAT experience!! Our vanity turned out beautiful!
We wanted two sinks but needed the smaller 60” vanity. Luis allowed us to see some vanities mid-build to help us with the decisions. The turn around was VERY quick and it’s perfect. We’ll be back since we fell in love with the entire shop (LA)
If you ever get the chance, stop by the store. Amazing finds and just really nice people!
Can’t wait to go visit the in-laws in the desert so we can check out their other store!

Gorgeous store full of amazing staff and a beautiful puppy by the door. A mid century lover’s dream. This place is full of art, vintage and new furniture. So many great pieces to look at, honestly the showroom itself is beautiful even if you aren’t buying anything.

The love seat that we ordered would have been perfect, but it was damaged during delivery. Considering that we paid $500 for the delivery, they could have been more careful protecting the item during transport. When I contacted the company to get a sample of their wood finish to try to hide the damage, they ghosted me.

All of the positive reviews led us to the West Coast Modern showroom in PS. Met with Alex to customize a corner sectional.and coffee/end tables. They were delivered on schedule (six weeks) during Covid which is rare. The quality and craftsmanship of the furniture is stunning! We couldn’t be happier - Thanks!

Ordered a custom made couch with West Coast on May 2022. Delivery was smooth, the couch was beautiful, and quality seemed fine in the beginning.

However, 2 years later, the couch collapsed while we were sitting on it. The screw attaching one of the legs had snapped in half. Keep in mind I have no children or pets, and the couch was only gently used for watching TV.

I asked West Coast for another set of legs (which they sent) and replaced the broken leg, but a few months later the couch collapsed again while we were sitting on it. This time, the screw on the other leg snapped in half.

Frustrated, I paid a professional to come and replace both screws in both legs with an industrial strength screws. However, a few days later, the couch collapsed again, this time the leg split entirely half (with the screw intact).

I paid again for a professional to replace the legs entirely with new legs, and within a few days the couch collapsed again and the leg got split again.

I called West Coast to let them know about the poor build quality and they offered very little help. They have zero warranty if you're not local, so be aware of that. They offered to help find a professional in my area if I emailed them, but then ghosted me when I followed up.

I've spent over $500 in professionals trying to fix the legs with no avail. I've had no choice but to sell my couch because its no longer safe after having it collapse 4 times in the span of 2 months.

Also, most of the buttons have popped off the couch at this point, even with gentle use.

They make beautiful couches no doubt, but when you're paying a few thousand for a custom couch you expect it to be higher quality and hold up for a little longer. If you want it, buy it to look at, not to use.
