HORRIBLE PLACE TO SELL CLOTHES!! Brought in two huge boxes of NAME BRAND clothing that was in great condition and they wouldn’t take a single item because “they won’t sell” even though the same items are being sold in stores at the mall. They have lost my business forever!!

I appeared at St.Cloud Plato's Closet on an astonishing Tuesday. Where I was able to finely collect my $100 for contributing to the Plato's Closet store. While I was being checked out by fine, young, brunette lady who gave astonishing service.

I used to love shopping here a lot but now I only go once awhile. Tried selling clothes and they only wanted to offer 5.40 for a tank top and crocs when I know they would turn around and sell for 20 to 40 dollars. They also said that my clothes were worn out when 90% of the stuff was new stuff I had gotten and had tags on it. I have shopped there many of times and seen clothes dirty and even bottom of shoes are pretty worn out and they say you stuff is more then gently used. Also saying that they are over stock on items so that is why they pass. Please update the sheet you have next to the register about items you need so people know what they should bring. Now I know what people mean who tell me not to sell of buy there…

the employees are SO SLOW at checking customers out, getting them a changing room, and sorting out their clothing. the prices have been increasing lately which is super annoying. they pay very little for your clothing - i highly recommend asking how much they are giving you per item if you sell to them. sometimes its nice to make a little extra cash but other times you should sell on depop. i was offered $5 for a brand new pair of Nikes. sold them on depop for $68. if you are going to shop here, do it when things are on sale, at the end of each season. i snatched a few items during the 70% and 90% off sale though they were not in the best shape. satisfactory for now, may not be the best a year from now

Got great items! Love to shop her. Always. Love it, but the experience could improve. Some workers isn't as welcome. Some workers spend more time talking to the co-workers then helping customers.

In terms of selling, I didn't have good experience. I felt like my bag wasn't even look through or open. Everything was as I put it in the bag when dropping it off. They said it will be about 1 hours or they will send a text message when they are done, but 5 hours later and there was no text message. Disappointing and need improvements.

I come here often, but the last time I went, an employee was rude to me. I was waiting to be checked out and he said to me “you’re back so soon? Well I’m not checking you out.” The workers never truly help, only gossip about every little thing. I will be driving 30 minutes to another Plato’s. I only give it a two star because they do sell cute things.

I cannot believe the clothes you accept and deny here. You get picky over shorts that has slight spot by zipper you can’t see but you’ll buy pants with holes all over them by the size of New York. Wow! Who wears pants with holes in their pants except someone who is a slob. I can’t believe the style of clothing in there that they sell. It makes me wonder if they have a cockroach infestation in there.

They have some nice clothes for sale but I had brought in 2 huge garbage bags full of clothes and two laundry baskets and all they took out of all them that was only 3-4 items! They said my clothes had holes and stains in them but I had a ton of nice new name brand clothes and they only took a shirt and some leggings, so don’t go there and hope to get rid of a ton of clothes they are very picky and judgmental! Also the workers were rude and had snotty comments to me, did not appreciate. Woman forced me to wear a mask in the store was very rude and in my face!! Not coming back
