Love this beachwear store! The owner, Yoran is very experienced with fashion. He helped find the perfect dress for me the first time I was there, and couldn’t wait to go back and buy another.
I brought my cousin in with me yesterday and she loved it there, so much that she bought 6 dresses. All so beautiful. ❤️

Thanks again Yoran. I’ll be back again soon with my husband to buy some awesome shirts for him, and definitely another sundress for me 😁

Very lovely shop with lovely clothing & staff!!

Every time I visit FL from Canada, I always make sure to stop here; I bought the prettiest dress last year and even had to get another crewneck (which has turned into my kayaking/boating staple) for my friend back home after she loved mine so much! It's normally not worth it for me to spend a lot of $ on summer wear since it will just collect dust in my closet for majority of the year, but this is a really great spot for high quality & light clothing—especially if you're traveling and are looking to bring back a souvenir/gift that isn't tacky or overbearing.

Everyone here was so personable and helpful as well; I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy anything and absolutely adored all my purchases (the sweatpants are so comfy—I really love the colours/soft texture). I'll def be back in the future!!

I was so nervous to try on a bikini because of my large chest and I often don’t have success with triangle tops. But I LOVED one of the suits and the owner encouraged me to give it a shot because the suits are such great quality. It looked AMAZING and it gave me such a confidence boost. I never have triangle tops that supper DDs until today. The selection and quality of suits is unmatched and the service is the best. They will hype you up and make you feel hot ❤️😍

The treatment I received from one of the two persons running this establishment was just awful. Me and my sister entered and were nonchalantly greeted by the person that appeared to be of the male variety. I was carrying a fountain drink in a typical fountain drink container. The person made no mention of the drink not being allowed or forbidden. After looking around this super cute shop a few minutes, the person that “greeted” us at the door approached me and very aggressively and loudly instructed me to place the container onto the counter. He assured me that he would not "do anything to it"…(creeper alert..😳). When I looked at this person in bewilderment, they started ranting loudly (Yes.. others were looking and watching) that there was a sign on the door and that I should not have brought my drink inside. I complied setting the container onto the counter momentarily.. Then decided that this person had just acted like a royal douche bag and that they were the last person on the planet that I would ever buy anything from.
I informed them (singular) of my decision and that I did not come into the store to fight or argue. I informed this persons business partner/helper(the really friendly tall blonde female) that her partner is an “asshole that treats customers like trash.”
In short: Im a MTF person in transition and felt 100% targeted and discriminated against. Transgender folks beware! You might not feel welcome at Beach Couture in Dunedin Florida. You might get humiliated and yelled at by the male presenting person working there. But rest assured: He won’t “do anything” to your drink… 🥤

I cannot express what a breath of fresh air Yoran is!! I had the pleasure of him helping select bathing suits for me. I chose 2 different suits the were extremely flattering. I’m a Mom to 4 kids. As any female knows, buying a bathing suit can be a daunting task. He is forthright and willing to listen to any concerns. While I was in there I also had the privilege of listening to him help several other customers. He has the ability to make everyone feel great about themselves no matter what shape and size they are. I go to Dunedin every year from Ontario and I will definitely be back in his store. He has a great selection of amazing clothes.
I was disappointed to read some of the negative reviews about Yoran. All I can say is that if he is not your flavour maybe you should refine your taste.

Owner was extremely disrespectful while we were browsing items in the shop. We were looking at glass frogs when he came over and started yelling at us.

We then tried to explain to him that we were just looking which then he proceeded to call us liars.

After we left he came outside the store and started yelling at us and swearing at us.

The man is insanely rude. Was shopping with a friend and we were both quietly browsing for less than 10 minutes. She was set on buying shirts and had pulled several and was taking pictures so that she could compare her options and give the store business (and no, buying the shirts online for cheaper was not even a consideration, that’s ridiculous). The man came up and asked us to stop messing up the store and playing around and told us to leave. I’ve never experienced anything like it. People will unfold the shirts to look at them… folding is part of working a clothing store 🤡 Sir, you are in the wrong business.

This is now my go to store for beachwear in Dunedin/Pinellas! Not only do they carry great clothing brands, but the owner is very experienced in fashion and can help select items for you! Thank you, not only for my amazing dresses, but for making it such a fun experience.
