Here is my summary of the shop.

Located at a prime location with easy parking. Variety here is sufficient and good to look at.

The pricing is quite good and kind of affordable.

I had no complaints finding least 3 to 4 options in my budget range.

Staff and owner are equally nice and not very pushy to get sale as compared to other shops on olx that I liked.

Owner is well read and knows specifications of all phones by heart.

Payment by credit card is available.

Overall my experience of buying a phone here was A1 and I was treated like a king.

Not just that after sale I had some concerns with data transfer and they helped me out very well.

I can strongly recommend them to all my contacts

It was a blind purchase after seeing ad on OLX. I live 400 km from Pune I just saw the add talked with the person he sent me clear visible video of the product, then he prepared the package and ask me for the payment.. today I got the package and its very good.. the sales team is caring and very ready to resolve doubts they are very polite.. and take utmost care of the customer.. Very happy with the purchase...

So here's a my experience summarized:

Good staff, polite, explanatory, down to earth. (1 star deserved for this)

Owner Harpreet is rude, and arrogant towards the customer for some reason. Hope he learns to respect people as they are their customers.

I got an iPhone 8 Plus in July and was assured by the staff there won't be any issues with the device as they verify it themselves (or they say so to make you buy). Almost all the phone are in scratched or dent physical condition. Apparently a false commitment was given to us that the battery was though replaced, a genuine one (turns out it wasn't). Though reluctant, I agreed to buy as the staff was polite and I was an urgent need.

Now after 1 month of zero to minimal use, the phone has stuck into a boot-loop (the phone just keeps switching off and on till the apple logo screen, on repeat). I have used 4 apple devices in the past 3 years, and this is the first phone that completely ruined my experience.

Fortunately, I did not keep any extremely important data in this phone as this was my secondary device. Though I had not anticipated this, I'll strongly recommend you to avoid buying second hand mobiles, definitely not from this store at least. If you want to buy mobiles with fake and cheap, low quality components, then this store could be ideal.

Lastly, I do not expect any response or support from these people (I am assured this by the rude behavior of the store owner). BUT, that day, walking out of that store with the mobile was probably the single worst decision ever made. And I don't want anyone to trust these people blindly like I did and make the same MISTAKE as me.

I hope these people learn someday and stop robbing the customer's hard earned money with false commitments and rude behavior.
