If books and reading are your passion this store is a treasure trove. Book Exchange and Comic shop is a maze of shelves of books labeled and arranged by topics like history, children, mystery, paranormal, non fiction, biographies, art, romance, reference books, and my favorite genre, true crime with a label that looked like it was written in blood. Some of the books looked old and rare. I recognized Hardy Boy books back from my mothers childhood stash. There is also an entire room filled with collectibles and comics.

I didn't need any help but the friendly gentleman running the store that day was at the ready to answer questions. Hard and soft cover books are half off whatever they are priced at on the inside cover. They had a great election of Agatha Christie mysteries which are always a favorite.

In a time when so many independent book stores have gone under it was a pure delight to discover Book Exchange and Comic Shop. The intoxicating smell of the store is familiar to anyone who loves books. You can order books online but there is something so satisfying about going into a bookstore and holding the books in your hands as you make your decision. Visiting this store is a great way to save money as you add to TBR pile.

Growing up, going to libraries and bookstores, especially used, all over the country with my dad was a favorite activity. Of all the places I’ve lived, Florida is the most disappointing where books are concerned so having Book Exchange nearby makes me really happy! They keep the shelves pretty well organized although I usually don’t have a particular target in mind when I go. Just wandering around looking for my next read is part of the fun. The pricing is reasonable and more than worth it to support small local independent book sellers.

Probably the BEST and most organized used book store I've been to. I have never seen a more impressive selection of high quality books. This place beats Barnes and Noble!!

A wonderful book and comic shop! Their selection is vast from vintage french Star Trek comic books to antique books about hogs. I could have spent an entire day wandering the narrow aisles with books reaching the ceiling. This shop is a rare gem!

I enjoy stopping in whenever I'm getting my car serviced at Earl Stewart's Toyota nearby. Great selection of Art and Artist Books at OK prices. Lot's of inventory and I always find something of interest.

So, for free comic book day/May the 4th Star Wars day, I brought my kids here. They had a great experience. There are a lot of different options as far as books, just like a library. There are comics, of course, but the gentleman who I assume was the owner or manager was very helpful.

Like a maze. So many shelves and books! Loved it! We got all our stuff quickly and easily. Owners were friendly and helped a lot, and all items were affordable.

While I really enjoyed my time here since any place with books makes me happy, I will say I was a bit confused. It was my first time coming in and I brought some books to exchange. I wasn't aware or told that I would be getting $1 per book, but I'm not mad about it. However, I do wish we got some sort of extra discount for bringing books. He took 21 books so I had $21. I found 6 books I wanted to bring home with me and some how still had to pay almost $27. Of course I understand they need to make a profit but it does seem a little overpriced for used books. The store is also mainly older mass market paperbacks that are not in the best condition. I think the store would benefit greatly from a big clean out so they have space for some newer books!
