I shopped here a few days ago for the first time. I haven't had customer service so welcoming in so long that I was actually happy to stay for awhile. I don't get to shop much since I had kids and it was nice to just feel welcome somewhere. That might sound silly but I finally bought a new dress, a necklace, and a break your own Geode to do with my kids and it just felt really nice. Thank you.

I’ve never been to an Earthbound until they came to the mall in Wilmington. Now, Earthbound is one of the few stores I even bother to go to the mall for, they have stunning clothing options, jewelry, and decor. I love visiting them and if I could spend my money all in one store it would be Earthbound. The customer service is exceptional and I’m always met at the entrance with a greeting. The associates there always make me smile and help me with my shopping needs, they all focus to find you exactly what you’re looking for and make the whole experience feel like I could stay there all day. The store is very clean and organized and definitely has the vibe of needing to walk in even if you’ve never stepped in the door before. When I was first introduced to Earthbound it didn’t really seem like it would be my vibe until now. I totally recommend giving Earthbound a try. Thank you earthbound for giving me the perfect and welcoming shopping experience.

Super cool and fun store! So glad one finally opened up in Wilmington. This place has all kinds of unique metaphysical things, as well as clothes and decor. Check them out if you can. There's definitely something here for everyone 🙂
