I went to several other stores on Harwin and this store had lots of designs, colors, and sizes available. They have beautiful dressing rooms,
with perfect lighting, and raised platform, and full length mirrors. They have excellent customer care. I had a great experience! BTW, I purchased my perfect dress!

Just purchased my wedding dress here for $200!! I went to 5 other stores around Harwin and all the same styles were $350+. The ladies by the fitting rooms were so sweet and helpful. They actually found/recommended the dress I bought. You will have to do a little digging because they don’t have many displays but I’m so glad I came here!!! Got a beautiful dress for a bargain!

They have nice dresses but you can buy a nice dress anywhere. Trust me!
You can only try on three per visit. There is no public restroom and no refunds or exchanges. I'd rather go else where and be treated like a valued customer.

My daughter purchased a dress from there the day before but it happened to be a little too small. I called them the next day to ask how many days do I have to make an exchange for a different size, since we live a few hours away from Houston. The lady was rude on the phone, and said no exchanges. When I tried to explain to her it was the wrong size and the tag is still on, she just kept saying no exchanges. I could understand not accepting an item back if it’s been worn or ruined, but to not allow exchanges on something like that I don’t understand. You would think a business would be proud of their products enough to allow them to be returned or exchanged and would want to have happy customers.

AMAZING! We came for my mom wedding dress and immediately we were attended. There were A LOT of people when we went and yet the staff were very nice and helpful! All staff were doing their best to make things go quick and smooth and they were also helping everyone out making sure everyone left happy and satisfied. Highly recommend coming here and I'm totally coming again for my Quince Dress!

We hadn't found a prom dress yet, even across the drive. Decided to try one more place before heading back towards Austin.

Found three great dresses, went directly into a room. The attendant even brought another dress to my daughter.

Found the dress!! We were in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was great, including at checkout. Great experience! Beautiful dress.

Found my dress there, they didnt have my size so they said they could have it in 2-3 weeks. They called me 6 days after and I missed the call because I wasn't expecting it to arrive so soon. They never called again, and no further attempts to reach me were made. I waited over a month for the dress to arrive not knowing it was already there. Tried going on a Sunday because their hours online show they would be open, they were closed. This store is not close to me and I am pregnant and we are in the middle of COVID so it wasnt easy for me to keep going back and forth. Show up today to ask for my deposit back since my wedding is this Saturday and I had to get another dress and they wouldn't work with me, not even partial refund or anything. They basically stole my $221 and I got nothing in return. No attempts to call me again or anything after a month of my dress sitting there. It wasn't anything custom sized, just a Medium dress that they happened to be out of stock on and they could easily still sell and are going to. Only option they gave me was to pay off the remainder half of a dress I no longer need or could alter in time for my ceremony. I went there to try and shop at a smaller business but this is why people chose larger stores for special occasions. lesson learned.

Update: I left after he told me we couldnt reach a resolution after trying to reason with him for a while. I wasn't asked to wait or anything. So not only dishonest but liars too. great

Horrible, H-o-r-r-i-b-l-e, HORRIBLE!!! They only allow to try on 5 dresses, which doesn't allow you to make a choice of what you really want to buy. They said it's because they don't want to hold up their dressing rooms because they have a lot of people. ...would make sense to have you wait after trying on 5 garments to give other people a chance to try on their clothes then let you go again maybe? The part that was irritating was that their WASN'T that many people there at that time. Plus they had me waiting up to 5 minutes in my undies until they were able to hand me the next dress as they kept walking away. The cherry on top was the fact that my daughter did love one of their dresses & as all sales are final, I wanted to make sure that was the right (matching) dress, I had asked the lady at the cashier if she could hold it. She said she'd hold it until closing at 6:30, and when we went back to get it... of course she didn't hold it. My daughter was so heartbroken. I don't know how they stay in business having that there is so many stores on this street. NEVER AGAIN! 🙁
