I am so disappointed, we drove from Arlington to shop and they had the door locked. The first door was open but the door that actually get you inside the store was locked . Hours and door said they close at 8:00 but it was a little after 7:30. It wouldn't have been so bad if she would've at least looked up and acknowledged us knocking on the door. There was a few other people trying to get in as well . My question is do you want to make money or not. That was so rude I'm out done. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

L?k people, If you're a girl & you want some nice & sexy fashionable clothes come here! Men also! Right now (Dec 2023) ALL mens clothes are 50% off! They even have jogging suits and men fashion denim pants ANNNND shirts, shoes, socks, shorts...EVERYTHING on sale for $5.99-$7.99. The only reason I gave Fashion City 4.5 ⭐ is because some of their items are over priced. At Town East Mall in Mesquite Tx there are 2 stores that carry almost every single item thats in Fashion City BUT for wayyy cheaper. Some of the material is too thin to have the prices be so high. But I have still shopped at this store and every paycheck damn near it gets my money. You can try on your items before you buy and you can bring them back for in store credit or exchange. GIVE THIS SPOT A SHOT! You will not regret it!

They won’t greet you when entering the store but they’ll help you look for something. Normally a pleasant encounter when checking out. I like their slides and sandals when my size is in stock. Overall a clean place. They do let you shop in peace and are helpful.

From my experience the girls are very helpful. And they Do a great job at dealing with “bad” or “harsh” customers. They let you shop in peace and there’s enjoyable small take here and there. Overall a great place to shop at, love the clothes.

What's the point of having multiple dressing rooms if they're not available to use? Not to mention that y'all only give store credit for all returns. I like to try on my clothes before I purchase them Believe it or not, everyone isn't a thief.

When I came to buy clothes it was 7:45 and she had the inside door locked and refused to opened the door she wouldn’t look at us even when we kept nocking
