Overall good service and choice of brands.

The beauty section is never short of anything.
It’s the only place I ever buy makeup and perfumes from.
Dior has a Le Salon where they offer 2 treatments and a skin diagnosis.
The micro peeling is so worth it at this price point. I really wish that they could expand the Le Salon in the future and have a Dior La Suite like the one in Harrods.

The clothing section is 3 star.
When it comes to clothing I always have issues with sizing and end up having to order directly from the specific designer brand online.
Either the smallest adult size that this Flannels carries is too big for me or the biggest teen size that they carry is too small for me. They leave a huge gap in sizing.

The girls at the beauty section are very professional and always provide the best service unlike the clothing & accessories section ,this is the second time I wait about 30 min or more to bring the item that I wanted and pay & the employees don’t seem to care if you’re just standing there waiting! The first time the sales lady was very polite & explained that she was new so I was considerate despite the 40 min waiting but today I was literally ignored! So I had to walk out after 30 min waiting! Even normal shops take clients more seriously!

Spacious and nicely laid out. The staff are very helpful. The rage of DIOR perfumes is exceptional. The staff there are very knowledgeable about the products. I felt the clothing range was aimed at a younger buyer than me, and there were a lot of very similar products . For perfume and cosmetics, perfect 👌

As I'm a fan of the Parfum De Marly range I wanted to try the new Palatine fragrance, however as we were browsing the security guard kept following us! I was so shocked by this and couldn't understand why this was happening. He was pretty much by our side as we approached each beauty and fragrance department.

He obviously assumed we didn't look like we could afford to shop there. He should learn not to judge. I thought I looked quite presentable, I'm not sure how someone dressed top to toe in designer shows a person has money, I always think it shows lack of or someone trying too hard to look like they do.

I approached a sales lady and asked why he was following us, she advised "this always happens they do it to everyone they are very over the top". She was lovely and knew I felt annoyed by this, especially as I buy frequently from flannels for beauty items.
Put me off going in again, I'll stick to Sanderson's at Fox Valley.

Had better customer service from homeless people. With a nice army of employees and Christmas temps it’s like trying to pull teeth to find one that actually wants to help. The management should be ashamed. 4 stood round doing nothing while the collection till is solo staffed with around 7 all waiting on orders.

Flannels is good for those looking to buy designer items without going from designer store to designer store. I'd definitely recommend. It's also the only place to get some items locally if you want a physical store. It's not the largest Flannels but a good size.

Only reason this place is getting 5 stars is for the girl that wears a scarf her level of professionalism and honestly the patience of that young women was amazing. She helped me and went above and beyond to try and help. Honestly spent over a hour trying clothes and trying to find ones that fit and are comfortable!! But honestly i’d a dropped a few stars for not having sizes ect but her customer service like a said was a 10/10. Hope u get far in the company. Or your career.

On friday 13th of September, around 4pm, one of the staff members treated my wife and me with extreme rudeness, which was unprecedented in my retail experiences. It seemed she suspected us of attempting to steal the clothing my wife was trying on. Given that my watch is worth more than her annual salary, it makes no sense that I would steal an item priced at £200. The staff clearly need better training in customer service.

I then approached another staff member to request the manager. Without checking or making any effort to find out, she claimed the manager was "busy" and asked if I could wait a few minutes. Despite waiting, no one came to address the issue. It is clear they have a policy of neglecting customer concerns and avoiding accountability. I will not be returning to this store and will ensure my family avoids shopping here as well.
