I am a frequent shopper here and I love the style and fits of the clothes. However, I don't appreciate the attitude of the employees. I come into the store at least a couple times a month and never have I encountered one nice employee. Today I was trying on a bunch of clothes and the workers treated me like I was stealing... just for trying to find a cute outfit!?! I don't want to be treated like I am stealing when I am about to spend $300 on a sweat outfit (which is what happened). Especially from employees who act stuck up when they are making $15 an hour.... I will keep shopping here because I love the clothes but the workers here are the absolute worst.

Visited this store last week. Lovely clothes but no service. And then I went into the change room and was disgusted by the filth. The young girls working there, nor the Manager must see this. Ewww. This picture only shows one area of the filth. Under the bench was even worse!

Really poor customer service. The people that work here are not friendly, helpful, or nice.

I was returning some Christmas gifts and the lady who helped me was really unhelpful this is the second time I’ve had uncomfortable experiences at this store. I don’t understand why they can’t scan the item and see that it was purchase with them? She refuse to scan it without me giving her an email (which I gave her)
She kept insinuating that I hadn’t bought the item and that’s why she needed proof of purchase. But if you scan the item it can clearly show that’s it’s purchased with them? When I gave her the email address she finally made an effort to help me.
I tried to be patient and nice through the whole process but it really bothered me because this is the second time I’ve had to deal with rude service.

I visited here last weekend and really appreciated the interior design of this store. Not only is the merchandise displayed nicely and in an intuitive way, but the decorations are also very pleasing to look at. This location is awesome with the store being very generally clean. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the employees as well.

I'm sure this is a really trendy place. It just doesn't work for me. I realize that I'm not the target demographic, which I'm grateful for.

I've seen the devolution of torn jeans where they are clinging to the barest thread of being called pants.

Today, I saw jeans that were designed to look like they were worn to clean a barn. They looked dirty.

Maybe that's the next "cool" thing. If so, I have a number of pants that I use for dirty work. I will be styling.
