5 star reviews should only be given when you received outstanding service or products. Harlequin fully deserve our 5 stars. Late last Wednesday afternoon I turned up at their store with a HUGE gazebo canopy and an enormous 12m long personalised banner and asked the amazing Jane if she could somehow combine the two. Oh, and I needed it done by Friday afternoon. Even though Jane had never tackled such a large and unruly piece of polyester fabric, she worked out how to tackle the job and did it within just one day. I collected the now fully personalised gazebo canopy which went on display at the Manningtree Vintage Market on Saturday morning. All I can say is AMAZING service, AMAZINGLY fast and AMAZINGLY affordable. Thank you Harlequin and the AMAZING Jane 🙂

The worst experience ever. Neil is so rude and the product is terrible. I have ordered in the past and the products have been okay this time I ordered a belt and asked it to be made thicker - they charged me an outrageous amount of money. When I called to find out where the belt was Neil said he posted it and if I don’t have it I should call the post office. He claimed he didn’t have a tracking number or any details but I kept pushing for more information and miraculously he found the tracking number . But he was so rude and cocky plus when I actually found the belt which had been left outside in the rain the product is inferior the buckle doesn’t work and I am actually afraid to even complain and he will probably tell me it’s my fault or something ridiculous like that. Poor service will never use them again.
