BUYER BEWARE: I called to exchange my dress for a different color because plans changed on colors for a wedding and I had just purchased the dress only 2 days ago and the owner answered the phone he was very rude about it and hung up on me!! Do not buy from here because they will not exchange anything and the customer service is horrible!!!

I bought a dress from this store last week, spent $500 came back again to get another dress and the owner was so rudeeee! Thank god I didn’t meet him the first time and they don’t do refunds because I would of gladly returned the previous dress. He was disgustingly rude to me and my family. I will not be returning to this store, coincidentally though the store exactly at the side of him Everbloom Fashion has dresses way prettier and cheaper! So guess it worked out for me!

I didn't find a dress that I liked, but they do have dresses and the lady was nice. She didn't force me to try on any dresses and she tried to help me find the right and the let me look around on my own. This place is good.

This place is exactly what every quinceañera is looking for. They have a big display of multiple XV dresses where you can see how they actually look like in real life. The staff was very respectful and managed to help me find the dress that I was looking for. You can also try on dresses to see how they will look like on you, which is very helpful when buying a gown. I totally recomend, they have very good prices that are affordable. I just had one issue that when I bought it, the lady helping me try on dresses told me that I could pick it up whenever I wanted and that they would iron it. I said that i was gonna pick up the dress in around 7 months and they called me 4 months in telling me that they didn't want it there and that they wouldn't iron it. They told me that if i wanted it ironed, i would have to take it there again before my quince. But this is definitely the place for a cheap dress and they are all good to be honest.

Customer service is really bad! Purchased a $200 dress for my daughter but it was too big. I later on returned to exchange it, I got there at 5:50pm and the lady said she could no longer help me out that it was closed. Stated that no one was paying for her time. I was confused bc online hours show that they close at 7pm. Regret even making a purchase here if this is how they treat their customers.

I bought several items for my daughters quinceñera back in March of this year. I took several items home wich included the dress,crown,necklace, bear,and guest book. I paid for everything in full and was told they would call me when the rest was ready. Sure enough they called me 2 weeks later and said my things were ready for pickup. I told the man which is the owner i wasn’t sure when I would pick them up. He said that wasn’t a problem just whenever I was ready. I said ok I’ll call when I go. He said you don’t have to just come when you are ready. He called me again 2 weeks ago and left a rude voicemail that I need to pick my stuff up! I called back and told him I thought you said when I was ready he then said it’s been on layaway for 2 months. I said no I paid in full he said do you have receipts I said I sure do. I called today to say I’m on my way to get my things and the lady I talked to said let me see if they are ready. I told her they are because the man has been bugging for me to pick them up. She said I’ll call you back she never did. I drove 2 and a half hours away when I got there I told her I was waiting for a call and no one ever called me back. She proceeds to get my things. I show her my receipts 2 of them were itemized the one for 1,264 was not it just said taxable on each thing. I told her everything I took home the last time with the items she gave me today all I was missing was a feathered pen and the cutting pieces for the cake. She said since you don’t have an itemized receipt I can’t give you those items. I asked if she could call her boss she said it’s his day off.I then said I didn’t spend200$ I spent about 2 grand. She said I’m just doing my job I insisted on calling her boss she refused. When it was time to sign for the items she gave me I told her I didn’t want to sign she refused to give me the receipt that showed taxable and not itemized she also refused to give me another dress I ordered. I called the police and they transferred me to constables office I never got through. I told the lady they would rather loose a customer over 2 items that I’m sure cost 20$ to make!!!! Rude customer service! If I would have known this was going to happened I would never have spent my hard earned $$$ there!!!!!!

They lack customer service. Bought a dress before covid and try to see if they can exchange for the same model or anything due to the circumstances and weight difference. They stated they don’t even exchange within a wk of purchase! Make sure you are committed when purchasing. Besides that, their lack of empathy is what was the most shocking

They were very nice she made sure I was happy with everything and there were no problems the dress was very pretty the only thing was the glitter on the dress but it’s was still a great place and id recommend it I got a dress and it’s perfect
