I ordered the ruffles jumper from Kirsty for my Hen party without checking the delivery time.
My own mistake, but when I emailed to ask if there was any way possible for me to pay extra for express delivery, the girls sorted it right away as the item was ready and didn’t charge any extra!

I was so impressed with their quick response via email & the fact they went out of their way to make sure I received my order. Would definitely order again!

Wedding dress🤍 I honestly cannot recommend Kirsty enough! I had been to your typical bridal shops and instantly new they were not for me! I had a vision in my head of the wedding dress i wanted and when i went to meet kirsty the vision come to life! She is so friendly and welcoming! We had many appointments and fittings always making any amendments if needed to make sure everything was perfect! Nothing was too much trouble and the process was a dream, so exciting knowing i was getting my perfect dress! Well the end result what can i say my absolute dream dress and dream veil and totally unique to me! I felt amazing and thats down to Kirsty🤍🤍🤍 Kirsty even came to my hotel on the morning of my wedding to help get me in my dress to make sure it was perfect! thank you so much! Emma Dring xx

I have ordered several times from here and I have recently ordered 3 tops, they took a little time to arrive but this is expected with the Black Friday event and made to order but they were definitely worth the wait! Great advice from Customer service too regards sizing! 5 star 🌟 quality and service

I placed an order from Kirsty Doyle on the 5th of January via email, as I’m from Ireland and there is no delivery option via website. I have ordered from here previously and I have been satisfied with my orders. On this on occasion I bought two ruffle hoodies costing £153.50, £133.50 for the jumpers and £20 for delivery, it is now the 2nd of September and I still have not received them. I have been emailing them back and forth for over 9 months with little to no reply. On more than one occasion I had to resend the emails in order to receive a response. When I requested a refund, I was denied one as they had spend £35 on delivery (which I had spent £20 on when purchasing these hoodies) both which had not reached me. They made contact with me on July 17th saying I could have a refund and still it has not been processed. I love the KD style but unfortunately with the hassle I’ve been put through over the last 9 months in relation to my order I will not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered taba suit in bronze as I had bought one from Vinted and was amazed by the quality! £141.00 inc p&p a bit pricy but it’s bespoke so I thought treat yourself. 2 weeks after placing and paying for order email about the material didn’t turn up and need to choose something else or refund. I emailed back saying ok champagne Roxy suit petit size 16 - item arrived after another 2-3 weeks from initial order. I could have cried!! Waist band was elasticated, the trousers 10 inch too long, material wasn’t as expected and the fit was just awful. Communication is appalling!! Email only!! Fairs it’s a small business but surely the prices charged would allow for a contact number, even the email service is 4 email to 1 reply ratio!! Sent item back costing me £10p&p almost 4 weeks after sending item back I sent email to say “I haven’t heard anything and I’m concerned I’m £151 out of pocket can you let me know what’s going on” the reply was, “sorry we forgot to check on this” are you kidding me!!! Sent a not so nice email back and finally got £141 back yesterday 28/06/24 placed order on 23/04/24 - over 2 months!! I will never order from KD again:(
