I know about this location from my son father he use to shop there often but the consistency had started to drop in the products. I Had a appt at Remendyy’s for a retwist. When I pulled up for my appointment she told me that she hasn’t made it to Charlotte that she was in South Carolina that we would need to reschedule. However, she had no idea I was already there so when I walked in she wasn’t in South Carolina she had started doing someone else hair, so basically the appt I reserve she lied to me and gave someone else the appt, which is cool but I wasted my time and gas. Ever since then I speak and be cordial but my feelings still hurt behind the situation cause why would you do anyone like that I never received an explanation or an apology she just looked at me when I walked in and didn’t say a word so I just left, not sure why I was treated like that but I’m sure it won’t happen to anyone else. This place is all about who you know. I just wanted my hair done. However, I utilize the studio at this location an it’s awesome the engineer is great and he’s a huge motivation when your recording music. Ruff Got Rhymes !!!

Poor customer service , women are rude and are quick to rush you out. These people are money hungry and wont give you quality with their product. Had a friend get a molding done for some grills. Got the grills back and they dont even fit reached out for a redo or reimbursement nobody responds . 0/10 save your time folks these degenerates aint it

Was getting my 16 yr old a grill made ,left a deposit I took some time after I got the mold done , to proceed to the next step waiting for my 16 yr to get his self together an he has not up to this point so I decided that I was not going to get them , so I called an explain what was going on an had no problem getting the matter solved really great service an I appreciated that !

Don’t recommend if you want REAL GOLD they advertising Real gold but sell you gold plated then tell you no refunds As you can see I asked for real gold with silver trim diamond cutted I got plain gold plated fake grills that’s aren’t even full plated still have silver showing three sad case jus go to a Real Jewelry store😑

Go to primes jewerly or ANY other place for grills !! They unprofessional and NEVER have your grill ready when they say they will .This my second time ordering from them, and again the same results. NEVER AGAIN .
