So I came into the store and this lady was very rude to me first off I had my 8-year-old son with me and they had a sign up by two pairs of shoes you get them for $10 a piece I said they should honor that deal when it's in the front window I will take a picture of it all I said was I just like Walmart and the five shops that I run if you have a price on something you have to honor that and in a second I will show you and that's all I was saying for a future purposes because it's false advertising and I said it very politely again I have my 8-year-old child with me I was being very sweet about it I was just like for the future just so you guys know because I run five stores they can get you for false advertising the lady that I'm about to post a picture of was so rude and started screaming at me in front of my son and getting very rude and cocky with me when I did not get rude or raised my tone with her at all I really hope something is done about it because I'm calling the Better Business Bureau next to make sure that she is not an illegal alien and that she has a right to work here because this type of behavior is completely improper

Excellent service from all the girls. The clothes make you dream of being a model, a great variety of styles. They also sell shoes, underwear, makeup and other things that can get anyone out of a tight spot, and above all, they are cheap. I recommend it for its good customer service and its prices.

Discriminatory store employees will follow you around the store. I guess they are security in disguise. I never seen the level of protection over SHEIN quality material. They never ask if you need actual help just follow you. Learn how to treat people better. Just because you don’t have diversity of customers doesn’t mean that one particular person will steal! Who knows! They are the ones probably stealing

Completely poor service from this lady I have an 8-year-old son and she started screaming at me in front of my son when all I asked it was about the sign up front that says two pairs of shoes for $10 that were sitting right next to the shoes that I was trying to buy so I was going to buy a black pair of also she became very rude with me when I told her just for future purposes because I run five businesses that she usually has to honor the price that is false advertisement she started screaming at me saying you don't you see 1699 on the wall underneath the shoes and I was thinking that that was the price for the shoes and you get two of them for $10 a piece that's what the sign says that I posted it completely poor service I asked her for her name she want to give me your name and was so rude to me with her behavior I had to have my son leave the store I hope I could get a hold of corporate because I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau this mall has been through enough to have customer service like this

I was pleasantly surprised about this place. I came into the mall, not really looking for anything in particular and stumbled upon this little shop. I wasn't going to go in but something caught my eye. I was so glad I did. It is difficult to find things that fit me in all the right places and everything I bought from here did just that. Even without trying it on. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be back soon. Don't pass this one up. They are a hidden gem!

STAY CLEAR!!!! Returning a few items and was told I paid with credit card when my receipt clearly says debit and pin verified. They argued with me so I call the 800 #. They explain that even though I clearly paid with debit as my receipt states the computer is only giving them the option to pay me back on my debit card in 5-7 business days. So take that or keep the clothes were my options. Their policy is if you pay with debit card they have to refund you in cash which they refused to do! Never in my life had an issue with rainbow shop until THIS ONE! Never coming back. Do yourself a favor and find a different one to shop at.
