After a long morning doing window shopping I came across the coffee shop I chose this one instead of the other two in the upper levels because they are too small and crowded. Sorry, thanks, I love you is on the lower ground floor which gives that underground vibe plus has good space to sit.

We were in the city recently and found this cute little concept store and cafe ☕️ @sorrythanksiloveyou ♥️in the middle of @westfieldsyd and they had great coffee, pastries and a lovely place to relax in quiet. Great to pop in if you find yourself in the city

This is a mixed bag; on the one hand, the manager was pleasant and the food was tasty. However the portion was not quite sized for the price, the service was poor, and the staff just shrug and walk away if you ask questions. The manager didn’t really want to hear my concerns but instead make me go away. While she financially rectified it, it would be better to be heard and have issues resolved for future. Google’ing the place shows it’s some fancy “concept” place rather than an intentional cafe. So be part of the experiment if you like, but don’t expect the staff to care if they disappoint.

Staff were really friendly, however despite having very few customers the wait for the food was over 30min (although they were apologetic). The smoke salmon bagel was tiny in portion size and had almost no smoke salmon in it. The avocado on toast had a better portion size, however had very little cherry tomatoes and feta. Left feeling hungry and disappointed.

I stumbled upon this cafe while walking around searching for vegemite toastie. At first, upon looking at the menu at the counter, I was disappointed when I didn’t see a vegemite toastie item listed on it. Carolyn, however, approached me and asked if I needed any help. I asked if I could have a vegemite toastie with cheese and she gladly told me that it was possible. She also recommended the dark hot chocolate. I am so happy with my simple meal; the vegemite cheese toastie was delicious, the dark hot chocolate was rich in flavour. I love it so much, I know I will be back again the next time I’m here in Sydney. Thank you, Carolyn, for your awesome service, and for accommodating my request!

Cool modern quirky coffee shop with charming staff polite & super friendly. Coffee was also a big hit for me. Very smooth with flavour flavour flavour! Water was an added nice touch in a super cute bottle & glass

A hidden gem! It's actually a fashion accessories store that is also an amazing coffee joint in the basement of Westfield. Awesome single-origin coffee and friendly service. Decor is fantastic too. Definitely a great spot to take a break from shopping. Will definitely be my go-to coffee place in the city.
