I've never been a "small" girl, and as I've gotten older shopping has become more and more frustrating until I found Torrid.

I've been to this location several times now, and I've always felt very welcomed in the store, always, and have actually started to enjoy shopping again.

Jordy and Nyx take customer experience to a whole new level and are a joy to be around! If I could request them to be my personal shoppers, I would in a heartbeat!

Torrid, thank you for bringing inclusivity to the retail space and for having such incredible associates. You've earned my business for life!

I had the best shopping experience at this torrid location. Nyx was so helpful and respectful. She made me feel welcome as soon as I walk into the store. Made sure I knew all the deals and helped me fine stuff that fit my style.

The new management and staff here are amazing and so helpful! They’ve always got a good deal too! And they’re finally open for the full mall hours too! I love the Clearance store, so much to look at and find for a good price! It definitely helps it’s all organized by size, color, and style too. Definitely recommend this store highly!

Today was my first visit to any Torrid location. I was greeted immediately by Maya who made the rest of my store visit phenomenal. She listened empathetically to my needs, made recommendations based on those needs, and checked in with me multiple times to provide further info on the company and products. Candace met me at the register and helped me complete an online order for a product that wasn't in store, signed me up for Torrid rewards, and also hyped me up when she spotted me trying on a bathing suit. These two ladies MADE my experience here. I am very pleased with my visit and the customer service.

10/29/23- 12p. I have been here since a little before 11:30a. Nobody at the store. Doors are locked and lights are out. This is maybe the 3rd time at this store where nobody has opened the store during their stated business hours. Have watched 4 other customers come and go too. Bad for business.

Horrible customer service. Went at 1:30 on 7/28 to do a return from an online purchase. Clerks were chatting, didn't acknowledge me at the counter. Finally one sees me there and I tell her I'd like to return something. Doesn't say a word just turns to her computer and stares at the screen. Finally I ask what she needs from me and she says, "Uh I don't know how to do a return. " and begrudgingly asks the other woman to help her. Then, while the 2nd sales person is doing my return, she's somewhat trying to explain to the first how to do it. But she is now too busy texting on her phone to pay attention. The lack of effort from employees has gotten ridiculous! Management must be just as slack to not have a clue how to properly train people. It is sooo frustrating!!!
