I walked in Monday afternoon and they were able to get me in right away for a helix piercing. Eric was friendly, professional, and was able to answer all my questions. He somehow pierced through the cartilage with less pain than my lobes (which were pierced at a different shop) and I am more than happy with the placement and healing process so far! They also have a huge selection of really nice jewelry at the front. I will definitely come back for any piercing needs.

Found this location and Cozmo due to reddit. A lot of people recommended him for nipple and septum piercing. Overall, from the front desk to the piercing table, was a very comfortable, professional, and easy experience. I'm glad I was able to squeeze this last minute piercing appointment in before leaving the state. Super satisfied with my experience and the piercings! 10/10, definitely using them again for future piercings. <3

Omg the cleanest most professional place I’ve ever been to. It’s by my apartment and I just found out about them. I accidentally knocked off the top of my nose ring and got replaced here. The young lady at counter and my female tech did amazing today 6/19/2024 they both don’t normally work on Wednesday I was lucky. I made sure and left a big tip. They gave me good knowledge and look forward to coming back.

Fantastic shop! Made an appointment online which was super easy. Showed up and the people working at the front were super friendly and informative. Walked me through the process and aftercare etc. Lena did my piercings and was also super friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Super smooth process. Will come back here!

After my frontal lobe fully developed (over a decade ago) I learned the value of finding true professionals. I sought out the best piercing providers meeting a multitude of criteria - APP. Quality jewelry. Dedicated & knowledgeable professionals. Welcoming environments. Until moving to Atlanta I have traveled from afar and as a now local can proudly continue recommending Virtue & Vice to anyone seeking out the same quality I’ve come to expect from this team. I’d go a step further and recommend you seek out Cozmo.

The studio is clean, calm, and welcoming. Even as a tattoo/piercing veteran I was provided ample education and discussion especially around my anatomy concerns. I was met by a lovely front of shop team and shown a full offering of options across all price points which felt pleasantly transparent.

As piercing time approached Cozmo spent time carefully planning and aligning my piercings to match my anatomy and followed (with proof of course) sanitation standards. The best part was their “bed side manner” - although I’m not new to this it does make me antsy. I was talked through a quick and might I say unexpectedly less painful experience than I anticipated without feeling rushed. Quite frankly when needles are around I want to feel like I’m the center of attention in that moment for safety.

My most recent experience was so pleasant I am looking forward to coming back sooner than later to get more piercings with Cozmo and can’t wait to visit V&V again.

Cannot recommend the piercers or inventory enough.

The staff at the front could be a lot nicer. Came in today to get a check up and you could tell whoever the girl that helped me was annoyed soon as I walked in. Spoke with someone over the phone yesterday and they said it was fine if I just walked in and didn’t set up an appointment, but clearly not. My first experience here was so good but this 2nd go round was not pleasant. As for a person who works in customer service herself I like to feel welcomed when I walk through the doors, and today I didn’t. I really wanted to come back to this establishment for my 3rd piercing but after today I might be looking elsewhere.

Shop has amazing vibes! You’d never guess it’d be on the corner where it is on Cheshire Bridge Rd. In fact, I missed my
turn and got pulled over for making an illegal left to turn around. This shop made me feel much better after that encounter though and I had a delightful piercing experience. They had a wide range of jewelry for even basic titanium. They’re super friendly and helpful about aftercare too 🙂 My piercer, Meg, was super nice. She showed me proof that her needles were sterilized and helped me prepare for my piercing. The piercing itself wasn’t too painful and she talked me through the entire process. I’d be happy to come back in the future for more metal in my body 😁

When I had trouble booking an appointment on the website, and they helped me book over the phone, I knew the vibes were gonna be on point.

I arrived 10 minutes early; was greeted, educated and taken care of immediately- in and out!

Cozmo is a GREAT piercer! I got my septum done- barely felt any pain at all. I was shocked.

I highly recommend this place to anybody!
